"Who Dares Wins" serves as a compilation featuring a selection of rare BOLT THROWER tracks, drawn from various EPs and other sources. The initial four tracks are from the "Cenotaph EP", while tracks five to eight are sourced from the "Spearhead EP". Furthermore, tracks nine and ten were recorded during the same session as "...For Victory," which was previously included in the "Rareache" anniversary compilation box set by Earache Records, as well as in the Japanese version of "...For Victory". This compilation was released by Earache Records, catalog number Mosh 208, on September 14, 1998. The cover art is also derived from the "Spearhead EP".
